OUR MISSION
"We are committed to providing a great educational experience to prepare every student for the future."
To provide excellent individualized instruction and support to young adults with disabilities transitioning from high school into post-secondary life so they can become contributing members of our community.

Programming

We help students transition from high school into postsecondary life--whatever that may look like for each individual depending on what the student (and/or their family) needs and/or wants.

Who is Eligible for this Program?

This program is an extension of the John Wilson Academy Life Skills/Transition Program
-
This program is part of the IEP placement
-
Does not include academics
-
This program extends a student's high school career beyond 4 years
-
Those planning to or have graduated with a diploma on the traditional 4 year timeline are not eligible for this program
